REALTOR, FLEUR COLEMAN
CAYMAN ISLANDS

As a Seafire Sales Specialist, Fleur is responsible for sales of The Residences at Seafire, the first luxury property development on Seven Mile Beach by Dart. Fleur joined the Provenance Properties team in 2018, was inducted into the Christie’s International Real Estate Masters Circle in 2019, and in 2021 was the top-performing CIREBA agent by sales volume, which included two significant residential transactions.  She has developed a strong client base and a reputation for putting her clients’ needs first. Born and raised in Grand Cayman, she has an intimate knowledge of the island and over 20 years of excellence in customer service. Fleur was educated in the United Kingdom before returning home in 1998. She excelled in sales and hospitality prior to launching her career in real estate, where she enjoys helping clients find their dream property. Outside of her professional life, Fleur is passionate about wellness, travel, and spending time with her family and son, Max.

RL: Tell us a bit about your job role at Provenance Properties.
FC: I have been with Provenance Properties Cayman Islands (PPCI) for the past four years as a luxury residential sales specialist. I love meeting new people, working with a team who has become like family, and enjoying all the opportunities offered under the Dart umbrella.

RL: What got you into real estate?
FC: I love being around people and have been in sales for 20 years, so it seemed like a natural fit for me.

RL: What makes you stand out as a realtor? In what ways are you different?
FC: I don’t do ‘hard sales’. I prefer to build relationships and people trust me because of it. I genuinely have my clients’ best interests at heart.

RL: What made you choose to work at PPCI?
FC: The luxury real estate market, working with a small boutique team of incredible women and the influential brand that is Christie’s.

RL: Describe a typical day in the Cayman Islands real estate market.
FC: I start early, reply to a few emails, meet with the sales team for daily updates, and reach out to potential buyers. My lunch is usually enjoyed with clients or referral companies and in the afternoon, I host showings. Once back in the office, I follow up with clients, set up the next day’s agenda, check on punch lists, and buy closing gifts. I’ll respond to emails until about 10 pm; our clients are global, so I must be available. Then I turn off the phone, relax, and go to bed.

RL: What do you find most interesting about your job?
FC: The people I meet and the beautiful homes I get to view.

RL: You grew up in Cayman. How have you seen the island change?
FC: Dramatically, night and day compared to when I was a child. There has been a lot of construction, which has created a solid infrastructure with better schools and better medical facilities. Additionally, access to the islands is so much easier with many direct flights.

RL: What is your key piece of advice?
FC: Work hard, be the first to reply to emails, and always answer your phone!
