High Design Interiors at The Residences at Seafire, Cayman Islands

Purchasers of property at the Residences at Seafire can now take advantage of turnkey furniture packages designed by internationally famed homeware firm Restoration Hardware.

For buyers planning to place their luxury beachfront condos in the optional resort rental programme and also for those purchasing for residential and vacation home use, the furniture packages offer another element of ease and convenience of ownership at The Residences at Seafire - move-in ready residences.

Package prices include full design and set up, including shipping, import duty and installation, thereby alleviating the often time-consuming and costly process for owners to outfit their residences.

The California-based furniture and interior design brand has already designed the interiors for four two-to four-bedroom condominiums at The Residences at Seafire. The packages feature soft muted colour palettes and abundant use of wood and other natural materials, creating warm but neutral spaces that can easily be personalised with artwork and photography. Living areas and bedrooms are furnished with Restoration Hardware’s high quality, timeless product lines, resulting in effortlessly elegant beach homes with a subtle coastal theme.

“We are very pleased with the quality of the packages and the thoughtful service provided by Restoration Hardware,” says Sue Nickason, Dart Real Estate Vice President of Marketing. “The packages have generated a great deal of interest and we recently had someone purchase a residence due to the availability of the Restoration Hardware package. We’re now planning to outfit two more model units.”

Restoration Hardware furniture packages include furniture, mattresses, bathroom and bedroom linens, kitchenware and window treatments, making them effortlessly turn-key.

The rental programme for the exclusive private residences is managed by the professional team from the AAA Five Diamond Award-winning Kimpton Seafire Resort & Spa, the newest luxury resort-residential development on Seven Mile Beach.

The Residences at Seafire is a ten-storey property featuring 62 residences ranging in size from studios to five* bedroom penthouses. Conceived to offer ease of ownership and a truly carefree lifestyle, owners of properties at The Residences at Seafire have access to the adjacent Kimpton Seafire’s resort services and amenities. These include three dining venues, the only spa in the Caribbean to feature a Hammam treatment, a retail boutique, two swimming pools, complimentary use of non-motorised water-sports facilities and a well-appointed gym.

Additionally, the Residences benefit from an exclusive rooftop lounge, The Nest, and a dedicated property manager and concierge. Owning a property on the world-famous Seven Mile Beach has never been so convenient or hassle-free.
