New chartered surveying practice offers optimism and veteran experience
The Caribbean has a brand new chartered surveying practice in Charterland Ltd. The Cayman based team of property consulting professionals is now offering its experience to a broad gamut of clients around the region from those seeking financing for single-family homes to major developers taking on large-scale commercial ventures.
Charterland consists of director, Simon Watson (former director of Deloitte Property Consulting), Ian Barnard, a chartered quantity surveyor, and Stewart Connelly, a qualified facilities manager. The business partners bring with them residential and commercial experience in property development, property management, construction cost management, sales and lease consulting services.
Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Charterland complies with its highly ethical code of conduct and is required to carry professional indemnity insurance to protect all clients.
