Prime Locations Cayman is excited to announce that it has become a Caribbean affiliate of the Corcoran network and is now operating as Corcoran Cayman Islands.

However, owner Paul Young recognised that, as well connected as the firm might be locally, connecting with international buyers was more challenging. International buyers and sellers inevitably gravitate towards names they recognise and trust. Names like Corcoran.

A fast-growing brand with Head Offices in New York, and a network of over 5,000 agents across the USA, Corcoran is one of the most respected names in real estate in North America. In 2018, Corcoran launched an ambitious affiliate programme to expand its values and branding to real estate markets nationally and internationally.

Corcoran Cayman Islands is a people business rather than a transaction business, and the team is the key to the company’s success.
The name may have changed, but the business remains a family-owned one and will operate with the same great team.
