Born and raised in the Cayman Islands, Antonette joined Provenance Properties in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth space. With a background in Wealth Management, Antonette has curated the skills and network needed to provide an exceptional client experience, building relationships based on confidence and trust.

RL: Tell us a bit about your role at Provenance Properties.
AB: As a Sales Specialist, I assist clients seeking residential properties for full-time residency, vacation or investment purposes while leveraging a carefully curated network of high-net-worth buyers and private wealth advisors to provide sellers with a ready pipeline of buyers.

RL: What led you into real estate?
AB: The ability to fully utilise my experience, network and expertise in Banking and Wealth Management made transitioning my career to residential real estate an obvious next step.

RL: What is your approach when working with clients?
AB: Building relationships based on trust and transparency is fundamental to the success of client relationships. Aiming to deeply understand the needs and goals of clients while providing insight and trusted advice is the starting point for all my client relationships.

RL: What is your niche?
AB: Over the course of my entire career, I’ve had great success assisting individuals and families relocating to the Cayman Islands. I’ve spent many years curating a network of professional service providers who are exceptional at banking, immigration, company incorporation, education and everything in between.

RL: What made you choose to work at PPCI?

RL: Describe a career highlight.
AB: I’ve had the honour and privilege of helping a high-profile family relocate to the Cayman Islands, bringing to our shores experience, a network and expertise that together help to position the country as a destination to visit.

RL: What do you find most rewarding about your job? 
AB: Serving others has always been an intrinsic part of what I do best. Being in a role where I get to do just that every single day is a dream come true.

RL: What attracted you to the Cayman Islands?
AB: Family. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to live in the Cayman Islands and have many generations before me call this home.

RL: What ‘drives’ you?
AB: Serving clients, building and maintaining relationships, and adding value are amongst the reasons I get out of bed every day. The ability to positively impact the lives of others is an incredible motivator.

RL: Outside of work, where can we find you?
AB: Family time is one of my top priorities. I thoroughly enjoy being surrounded by my loved ones, making memories that will last a lifetime.
