US Virgin Islands

The US Virgin Islands are made up of St. Croix, St. John & St. Thomas and are located between the Caribbean Sea and the North Atlantic Ocean just east of Puerto Rico. With tourism being its primary economic sector, the US Virgin Islands is home of 108,605 people. Each island has its own individual characteristic making each one unique in its own way. St. John is the smallest of the three having most of its area preserved and maintained by the National Park Service, making the island the least commercial. The largest island is St. Croix which is known for its tropical rainforests and desert vegetation along with its magnificent beaches and duty free shopping. Also know for the duty free shopping and some of the best beaches is the island of St. Thomas. Its attractions include walking tours, sailing, water sports, golf, and historical museums
