The Estates on Sundance Ridge on the southeast peninsula of St Kitts, can now boast completion of a second upscale luxury villa in the spectacular gated island community. Peninsula Associates recently completed the 8,000 square foot custom-designed property, and, according to Scott Jaynes, co-developer of Sundance Ridge, work is in progress on a third 15,000 square foot custom villa due for completion in August 2010. With a total of only 15 villas planned, and discussions underway with several prospective owners for additional villas to be started in 2010, each property promises to stay true to the company mission: “Fine villas custom designed for the best in island living." What is more, owners qualify to apply for the St Kitts Economic Citizenship Program allowing them to enjoy no income or inheritance tax and low property tax.
