   Davenport has made it a priority to keep strata fees and monthly expenses low through design choices and efficient building materials. This includes: structural walls made from Insulating Concrete Forms (ICF) blocks; energy-efficient A/C units from local vendor OtisAir; and reflective glass windows from local purveyor Iberica Materials that help keep interior temperatures down, while providing protection in a storm and eliminating the need for hurricane shutters. Furthermore, each home is outfitted with a propane-powered oven and range, washer and dryer and tankless water heater.

Potential-buyers can also select from furniture packages provided by Dwell, a new range from IDG. The collection combines natural elements with contemporary lines to create a truly turn-key experience for busy professionals.
