The Royale at The Balmoral breaks ground in Nassau

The newly renovated private club that is The Balmoral Club is officially breaking ground Wednesday April 8th, 2009 to begin construction on Phase one, known as The Royale, of their multi- phase development. The Royale consists of 28 two-storey town homes, all of which have    been pre-sold.

Phase one is predicted to cost around US$15 million dollars and will include the beginning infrastructure for 75 single-family lots.
