Shoal Bay Resort & Spa half sold out as they finalise design and development
Lee H. Skolnick Architecture + Design Partnership and Boyken International Project Managers are pleased to have finalised the design development phase of Shoal Bay Resort & Spa. With already half of the select development sold, the team looks forward to breaking ground in the near future.
Spread over a 10-acre parcel on Anguilla's north shore, the resort will feature 12 sumptuous villas of various bedroom and configurations and 3 to 50 luxury condos ranging in size from studios to two-bedroom units.
Amongst the resort complex's five-star amenities will be a holistic spa and fitness centre with yoga pavilion, as the design is inspired by a deep appreciation for the health and well being of body, mind and nature. The design, which was influenced by the culture of the indigenous Arawak Indians and African traditions, is intended to blend with the natural elements of air, water and land to create an earth-friendly, sensuous experience, which, above all, is authentic - the real Anguilla.
