Make sure you engage a well-qualified attorney. Seek a lawyer with a great track record in the real estate industry and who works for a reputable and financially stable law firm and of course, choose a licensed agent who can offer good guidance.
What is your key piece of advice for sellers?
Today’s buyer is largely concerned about over paying and is more equipped with information than ever before; empowering them to ascertain real market values prior to making offers. Therefore, if a seller is serious about selling, they need to move ahead with offers reflective of the current market.
Describe your journey to becoming a broker?
My competitive nature in sports developed a strong drive to succeed and yielded early musical performance triumph. During this time enjoyment of our fan base honed my people skills and intuitive ability to read people. Maturity shifted my priorities to family and led me to embrace a real estate career, drawing on all of my innate strengths.
How do you wind down on the weekend?
Bahamian waters are like liquid therapy. They wash away stress. I love to sail, swim and be on a boat of any form. For thinking things through, I pound the terra firma, and for the ultimate escape, I turn to playing music.
