The quality of their workmanship and their goal to deliver on time and on budget has earned them a loyal clientele, with 80% of their business coming from repeat clients or referrals.

With over 35 years experience, Phoenix’s clients know they are working with experienced professionals committed to integrity, transparency and reliability.

When a client receives an estimate from Phoenix they need not worry about hidden costs or up-charges: all estimates are comprehensive and include every step of the process from clearing the land to final handover. Clients can rest assured that only tried and tested materials and fixtures will be used, the workmanship will be of the highest quality and the finishes flawless.

Having spent years building relationships with the most reputable suppliers and sub-contractors, Phoenix sources only from distributors who guarantee their products. Similarly, all of Phoenix’s work is fully backed and warrantied, ensuring complete peace of mind for the client.

By handling all aspects of construction, from concept to completion, the company is able to create synergies and efficiencies that are not available with the design-bid-build approach.

All parties – clients, architects, builders and project managers – are involved from the outset, ensuring a collaborative approach and a smoother process all round. As both architect and builder work for Phoenix, the potential for conflicts or misunderstandings are eliminated, and all parties work seamlessly towards a common goal. The design-build model has the added advantage of speeding up the construction process, as foundations and exterior construction can progress without interruption, even if interior plans are still being adjusted.

A full service contractor, the bulk of Phoenix’s work is turnkey projects, although the company is fully equipped to undertake everything from small home renovations to large scale commercial works. In addition to having the plant, equipment and staff for a variety of specialised jobs – masonry, carpentry, interior finishing and steel erection – personnel receive on-going training to ensure their technical skills are top notch.

With 62 employees and over one million square feet of building projects completed in the Cayman Islands, Phoenix offers all the strengths and efficiencies of a large company, combined with the personal approach and service of a small company.
