Kittitian Hill Development Benefitting Local Community
The St. Kitts Tourism Authority and the Ministry of Tourism are pleased to report that Kittitian Hill is bringing to fruition the potential benefits that sustainable tourism can bring to local communities. While still in pre-opening construction phase, the site employs approximately 400 individuals, most of whom live in surrounding communities.
“In every aspect, Kittitian Hill will exude the culture and values so deeply rooted in the Caribbean’s rich history,” said Trinidad-born developer Val Kempadoo. “This means we can offer our residents and guests an unforgettable experience, while bringing lasting, life-changing benefits to the local people and economy.”
Designed by world-renowned architect Bill Bensley and managed by Sedona Resorts, the $600 million development will feature private villas, boutique hotels and a Village filled with restaurants, shops and experiences.
